The hotel is in Naif, Deira, in the historic centre of the city. Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa are around 11 km away, reachable by Metro from Baniyas Square.

Children of all ages are welcome, although cribs and extra beds are not available. Pets are not allowed, and the minimum age for check-in is 18.
+Is a damage deposit required?
A refundable damage deposit of AED 150 is collected in cash on arrival. It is refunded in full in cash on check-out, subject to an inspection of the room.
